Scope: Replace existing deck with a new subframe and Spotted Gum decking, complete with custom-built stairs and a handraiL

We recently completed a deck replacement project in Ridgehaven, removing the old structure and installing a new subframe with premium Spotted Gum decking. This custom timber deck also included new stairs and a handrail, built to enhance both safety and style. The new subframe was constructed using H3 treated pine joists, protected with decking tape to extend the life of the structure and prevent moisture damage over time.

Scope: Replaced existing decking boards while keeping the original subframe, refreshing the space with a clean, updated finish using durable, low-maintenance materials.

The new decking boards, finished in Kapur, completely transformed the outdoor area, providing a fresh, modern look while maintaining structural integrity. Scope: Replaced balcony decking boards with Merbau while keeping the existing subframe, giving the area a fresh look ahead of the property going on the market.
